If you read an article in this series of three articles tips golf, remember that I promote golf lessons, but at the same time, adding a warning that it is necessary to ensure Selection of who we entrust our golf game. I also share a golf lesson from my own experience I have described as "Ugly" and offered a tip to find the grip is good for you.
In this second article of the series, I have my share of lessons from history, without being ugly, was very bad and tries to explain what I mean when I say that the sad truth is that some professionals education remain in their efforts to help us play the best we can play golf, teaching rather than their students in ways that are often concentrated on trying to get to wave to them they are not able to play games.
I would also like to reiterate that I do not want professionals to professional golf in general, to criticize, as most do a fine job, but we must be careful that we are going.
Let's take a look at my bad lesson.
2. The Bad
If I remember correctly, it was late 2001/early 2002 and, as I said, a good example of pupils in a manner which often focused on trying to get them to wave that prevents play play. I took me and my new set of irons on a pro recommended to me by the year twenty-three old son of a friend. I explained that my woods were very good but I had a disk with my irons and after the first few issues and hit balls on a pro told me that the cure was to make a complete rotation of 90 degrees and keeping my left arm completely right on top of the backswing, "Just like Tiger Woods.
Now, with the best intentions, I was physically unable to meet these needs and at the end of the lesson, not only did not cure my slice is, but I pulled a muscle in my arm for me kept the game for a few weeks.
To add insult to injury (literally), the Pro then recommended that I buy and study the book, "Tiger Woods - How I Play Golf" for my next lesson with him.
Although I admit to buying the book - and it is also very interesting - my physical limitations were too great an obstacle to emulate much of what I describe in Tiger. I would also say that the Legendary Tiger spirit shines through the title, namely "How I Play Golf" and not, for example, "How to play golf like me."
Thus, as summarized in this section, if you seek further advice through golf or are considering golf lessons, make sure you're a pro who can work with what you're capable of. Twenty-three years old friend of my son would have found it easy to turn 90 degrees and keeps his left arm straight up in the backswing, but this old clock has been the bridge too far!
