The title of "driving tips golf" in May, at first glance seems to fit this article, but if your piece as a whole, you understand that this is a piece of conduct - if it solves a problem that many of us suffer on the tee.
Imagine the scene - you are on the first tee waiting for the fairway to clear when four walks in which the club captain, the assistant pro, the secretary of the club and his wife. Oh, my god! Negative thoughts will begin to head ...." I ga fluff, I will hang so bad, they'll shoot me - especially the Secretary of the woman. " What are you doing?
Well, I'm no psychologist, but what you do not do is panic. I understand that this is difficult in such situations, but you must learn to block negative thoughts and focus on your goal - get the ball where you want to go.
What are the ways we can to remedy the situation? Well, you could use a hypnotist (not recommended), or you can use the services of a psychologist golf (expensive) or you can work (both cheap and recommended). I am facing this problem and what I "thought" me.
Start with yourself, you can practice your swing anywhere in your home or garden - you do not have a club in your hands to practice your swing thoughts, but if you have room, so much the better. Place a ball on the carpet or lawn. Now take your favorite par 5 holes (I say this because when you preferred to hole a few times, you know where you want to channel the ball in the end - helps to focus).
• In the address, keep your eyes on the back of the ball - not the top, not the logo, but the exact spot where the club face contact.
• Check your imagination and focus on the fairway where the ball goes in the country.
• Look at the back of the ball - the point where the club face connect.
• Another look at the fairway, then back to the ball.
• Keep your eyes on the back of the ball throughout the swing, do not move your head until you follow through the club.
You should find that your eyes on where the ball will land, and the concentration of so many on the back of the ball, all the negative thoughts will disappear. This is easily reachable by you, in your own home, but the transfer to the golf course?
When I did that, I have an intermediate stage. I did everything I did at home and transferred to the conduct - the imagination in the same hole, the same emphasis on the back of the ball, exactly the same routine, but now there were d other players around. This is where I learned a valuable lesson - I always have negative thoughts, but I was able to block, very easy to concentrate on my routine.
The last step in this spirit on the golf course and play better golf.
As I said, I'm no psychologist, but it worked (and still) for me.
This is probably one of the most unusual golf driving tips that you will encounter, but I hope useful.
Enjoy your golf.
